Subscriptions and jewelry orders placed on the Audax online shop are shipped out within 5 business days.
Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Audax is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Please contact info@audaxny.com if you have any questions.
Returns
Because each box is made to order with your unique style profile we do not accept returns or exchanges. Jewelry purchased via the Audax online shop are also final sale.
All items are inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, please notify the day of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. .
